Facilities
Both the lounge and the restaurant feature spectacular estuary views - as does the new conservatory.
The Roslin Beach Hotel has a large, enclosed customer car park at the rear of the building. Wheelchair access and porterage are provided.
Our lounge bar is fully stocked with most popular requirements including draught beers, fine wines and spirits. The bar is open 24 hours for residents of the hotel and until 12 midnight for anyone eating with us.
Bar snacks and room service are available.
Rooms
The Roslin Beach Hotel has 48 rooms, including 3 suites. Cot facilities are available upon request.
Each room features tea/coffee making facilities, radio alarm, hair dryer, multi-channel flat-screen TV, free wi-fi, shaver socket, direct dial telephone and en-suite facilities.
All rooms are comfortably furnished in a contemporary style and benefit from central heating during cold periods.
Please note, not all rooms benefit from sea views.
Services and meals
Route planners, local event and attractions information and tide tables can be provided free of charge.
Laundry service and specific newspaper requests can be provided at additional cost.
Meals are served in our newly refurbished conservatory / restaurant, though in most cases room service can be arranged if required at no extra cost.

Policies
Children - when staying in a family room no extra charge is made except for a nominal charge for breakfast. No children under the age of 12 can occupy a room unaccompanied by an adult. All children are welcome, though parents are asked to ensure the comfort of other guests is respected.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas in the lounge and day room. Smokers using the restaurant are asked to consider other diners and requested to retire to the lounge before smoking. Smoking in bedrooms is discouraged.
Booking - Your credit card details will be required as a guarantee at the time of booking.
Cancellation of confirmed bookings before 12 noon on day of arrival will not be charged. Unnotified or late cancellations will be charged at 100% of accommodation value.
Check-in/out
Check-in can be completed anytime after 13.30 hours. Check-out must be completed before 11.00 hours. Payment is accepted via all major credit and debit cards.
