The Roslin Beach Hotel has 48 rooms, including 3 suites. Cot facilities are available upon request.
Each room features tea/coffee making facilities, radio alarm, hair dryer, multi-channel flat-screen TV, free wi-fi, shaver socket, direct dial telephone en-suite facilities.
All rooms are comfortably furnished in a homely style and benefit from central heating during cold periods.
Please note, not all rooms benefit from sea views.

These prices are for Dinner, bed and breakfast for two days minimum. This can be taken either Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday and are priced per person, per night. The stay can be extended to four nights with the price rising accordingly.

Terms
The Roslin Beach Hotel Terms of Business are as follows:
RESERVATIONS
You may make a reservation and guarantee said reservation by credit or debit card at time of booking or a cheque deposit. When guaranteeing by cheque the cheque must be received up to two weeks in advance of your reservation. When guaranteeing with credit or debit card no payment will be taken from your card until departure unless otherwise instructed by you. during your stay you may use hotel services and charge those services to your room against the card details we hold for you. We regret that the Roslin Hotel cannot book the cost of any services to your room without credit or debit card details being held by us and said services must be paid for separately.
PAYMENT
At the Roslin Beach Hotel you pay for your room on departure unless otherwise requested by you.
The Roslin Beach Hotel accepts payment by Cash, Cheque (with a valid cheque guarantee card) or credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or Debit Card (Switch, VISA debit).
Customers Paying with cash must pay on arrival or alternatively provide credit debit card details as a guarantee, on arrival.
ROOM PRICES
All room prices are inclusive of Breakfast and VAT at 17.5. Enquire about discounts for long stays as well as Discounted weekend breaks which include Dinner, room and Breakfast over two nights or more Friday, Saturday or Sunday or further discounts for retired persons.
CANCELLATIONS
Guests wishing to cancel a guaranteed reservation have until 12 noon on the day of arrival to cancel without charge where a cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation. If a guaranteed reservation is cancelled after noon or are not informed at all of the cancellation the Roslin Hotel reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the Accommodation value to the credit or debit card held as guarantee.
PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS
Family rooms are available for up to five guests , consisting of no more than two adults plus up to three children fifteen years and younger. Cots are available upon request at £2 per night rental. The price of family rooms are charged at double room rate plus a nominal charge of £8 per child( babies not included).
Twin rooms may be requested which consist of two, 3 foot wide beds.
The Roslin Beach Hotel make prevision for guests with special requirements. Ground floor rooms can be requested as unfortunately there is not a lift in the Hotel and although The Roslin Hotel will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, all rooms are subject to availability. We apologise in advance if your particular requests cannot be met.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served between 7am and 9.30 am in the restaurant and until 11 am in the conservatory Monday to Saturday and 8 am until 9.30 am in the restaurant and until 11 am in the conservatory on Sunday.
CATERING
Meals are available in the Restaurant within service hours. Cold sandwiches can be requested and made to order 24 hour per day.
BAR
The Roslin Beach Hotel holds a 24 hour liqueur licence for residents of the hotel . We do reserve the right to close the bar at any time during the night in order to prevent disruption to other guests of the hotel. It is not permitted for residents to bring back guests to make use of the bar after midnight.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Rooms are available for your arrival from 1.30 pm. Your room must be vacated by 11 am on day of departure. Failure to depart by this time can result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one nights accommodation.
DIRECTIONS
If you require directions to the Roslin Beach Hotel these may be requested on booking or at any time prior to your stay. On request our reception can provide route planner or map via your preference of either e-mail or fax.
PETS
we regret that with the exception of assistant dogs, no pets are allowed in the Roslin Hotel.
PLEASE NOTE
Electrical appliances, such a toasters and mini cookers, may not be used in the rooms as they create a fire risk.
