Terms and Conditions for all Appointments and Packages
We require a deposit of £20.00 per person in order to book any packages (This deposit is non-refundable).
The full balance on packages will be required 48 hours prior to arrival.
We require a credit or debit card number to secure any treatment bookings, (no payment will be taken, this is just to secure the booking).
Our therapists time is valuable and therefore we do have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all treatment bookings, failure to give this notice will result in you being charged 50% of the treatment costs. (Group packages and bookings not included).
All treatments will be subject to a consultation, please advise reception upon booking AND on your consultation form of any medication you may be taking, or any medical problems you may have or have had in the past 5 years.
Our Treatment facilities are made up of two double treatment rooms and one single treatment room. When booking appointments together, you will be allocated a double treatment room. If you would like separate rooms, this can be requested upon booking. Please be aware that the single room is subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
