Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

All Gift Vouchers are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue.

The amount on the Gift Voucher does not need to be redeemed in one visit, it can be redeemed during multiple visits. All of our Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions.

All Gift Vouchers will need to be physically presented to us in order for them to be redeemed. We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

With afternoon tea vouchers and other experiences, cost supplements may apply at the time of the voucher holder's reservation, due to potential price increases.

Promotional Vouchers

In addition to the above, any promotional vouchers or special offers will not be valid for redemption on any special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter and the festive season.

Sweet Sunday- Valued at £32.50, this voucher gifts you a three course Sunday Lunch to be redeemed in our restaurant. Reservation must be pre booked and voucher must be redeemed before 28th February, Sundays only. Not valid before 2nd January. Redeemable as a monetary voucher of £32.50 outside of these selected dates. Valid for food only. Price does not include service charge - this is optional and will be added to the bill on the day. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

Treat for Two- Valued at £50, this voucher gifts you midweek traditional afternoon tea for two. Reservation must be pre-booked and voucher must be redeemed before 28th February, weekdays only. Not valid before 2nd January. Redeemable as a monetary voucher of £50 outside of these selected dates. Price does not include service charge - this is optional and will be added to the bill on the day. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

Two for 25- Valued at £25, this voucher gifts you two courses from our a la carte menu to be redeemed in our restaurant. Choose from a starter and a main or a main and a dessert. Reservation must be pre-booked and voucher must be redeemed before 28th February, all day Monday - Thursday or Friday Lunch. Redeemable as a monetary voucher of £25 outside of these selected dates. Not valid before 2nd January. Excludes the Grill. Price does not include service charge- this is optional and will be added to the bill on the day. 3 for 30 - Valued at £30, this voucher gifts you 3 small plates from our brasserie menu to be redeemed in our restaurant or lounge. Reservation must be pre-booked and voucher must be redeemed before 28th February, all day Monday - Thursday or Friday Lunch. Redeemable as a monetary voucher of £30 outside of these selected dates. Three for Two - Valued at £71.50, this voucher gifts three people the chance to enjoy midweek traditional afternoon tea for the price of two people. Reservation must be pre-booked and voucher must be redeemed before 28th February, all day Monday - Thursday or Friday Lunch.
