With a hands-on approach and a genuine love for hospitality, I work closely with the team to ensure every event runs smoothly and is delivered with care and attention to detail.

Born in Poland, I moved to the UK in 2006, where my culinary career began. From my first day in the kitchen, I knew this was my environment and that cooking would become my lifelong passion.

In 2014, I joined Roslin Beach Hotel starting as a Chef de Partie, I progressed steadily through the ranks and now hold the position of Executive Head Chef. My approach to cooking is rooted in respect for ingredients, precision, and teamwork, shaped by years of experience across diverse kitchens and cultures.

Our menus are driven by seasonality and locally sourced produce. We believe in simplicity, allowing quality ingredients to speak for themselves, executed with precision and cooked to perfection. There is no greater reward than the positive feedback from our guests, which continues to inspire and motivate everything we do in the kitchen.

My cooking has been shaped by five years at The Roslin under Chef Marek, where I worked my way from Chef de Partie to Head Chef. That journey taught me not only technique and leadership, but also a deep respect for hospitality and the craft itself.

Every dish reflects what I’ve learned along the way, with the aim of creating food that is thoughtful, honest, and memorable. I can’t wait to welcome you and make sure you have a great experience.
