5 Stars- It was a treat for my daughter's 21st birthday. Very friendly and the treatments were amazing. We had the package with the 2 course lunch and the food was excellent too! Highly recommended and we will be coming back.

5 Stars- Firstly, the receptionist was kind and helpful and the Roslin Retreat Lounge is absolutely beautiful. My therapist was friendly, polite, and very good at her job! I enjoyed a Full Body Massage and can easily say that it was the best Spa treatment I have had in Southend. 100% Recommend. 5* Service.

5 Stars- My treatments were massage & manicure. My therapist asked what sort of pressure I’d like for my massage and checked as she started. It was perfect and by far the best, surpassing Ragdale and Champneys. She was excellent. The manicure was perfect and my nails look wonderful. I am very happy with both treatments.

5 Stars- What a lovely place to come and relax. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are professional and knowledgeable and me and my sister had a fantastic experience with a lovely facial and massage last week. Thank you!

5 Stars - Had a couples deep tissue massage today. Superb customer service, fabulous treatment, made to feel at ease and relaxed from start to finish. It was my partner’s birthday too so it made it even more special for him during our couples massage :-) lovely atmosphere, music and decor! We look forward to booking and coming again soon!
